  • If you have technical issues that our documentation & support do not resolve, we do and will make things right.
  • If you find the purchase does not compatible with the child theme of the Genesis Framework you are using, we make the things right.
  • If you do have sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us.
  • The product price is fixed for 1 year of updates and support with the sale. Price can be changed based on new features and updates. But the price changes will take into effect for new customers only.

To request a refund:

2. In the form use the email you used for purchase.

3. Write the subject line “Refund for product_name”.

An automated response confirming your mail will be sent to the email address associated with your account. And once we’ve had a chance to review the request, we will be in touch with our payment processor, 2Checkout, for the refund process.
