What our support service covers:

We only support our products sold on RainaStudio.com. Our support service includes assistance with installation and configuration.

If you need help setting up or configuring plugins/themes, please first check Documentation and FAQs of the product. Your question might have been answered already.

If it hasn’t, please login to your account on our website and submit a ticket.

Fatal error and bug fixing:

If you spot fatal error or bug in the code which uncompatible with latest version of others in your website, we will take action to fix the defect in our product as quickly as possible after your ticket submission.

We will also try to provide solution via Slack. Join our Slack workspace, you’ll find a channel named #support, ask your question there. We will prompt to help you.

What does not cover:

Our service does not cover support for our products which supplied by third party. To get service from our support service we will require to remove the product and use the one supplied by our store on RainaStudio.com.
